Utilising evacuated tube technology, our solar hot water systems outperform flat-plate solar and carry the longest warranties available in the market. Working in partnership with respected industry suppliers, we ensure only the highest quality products are included in our evacuated tube solar hot water system. Our complete system package includes a collector, pump, controller and storage tank. Each component is tried and tested to give our consumers the comfort of knowing their solar hot water system is not only reliable but an investment that will endure for generations.

The solar hot water evacuated tube technology is a highly efficient, reliable solution suitable for the diverse conditions of the Australian climate. |
Evacuated tube solar hot water collectors can perform well even in freezing conditions thanks to thick glass wool insulation and the vacuum insulated evacuated tubes. These collectors even work efficiently in minus 40 degree conditions in Canada. This is in contrast to flat plate collectors that perform poorly in cold conditions. |

Choose from Glass Lined or Stainless Steel storage tanks. Glass Lined Storage Tanks The glass lined storage tanks are made from vitreous enamel with a sacrificial anode. The option of bottom or mid element means flexibility around your hot water usage. These tanks are available in 250Ltr, 315Ltr and 400Ltr in both electric and gas. Stainless Steel Storage Tanks The stainless steel storage tanks used in conjuction with the evacuated tube solar hot water systems provide a natural barrier to corrosion & rust and have excellent performance in areas with hard water. The tanks are made of UV stabilised, high impact resistant Polyethlene with MEPS standard insulation. These tanks are available in 160Ltr, 250Ltr and 315Ltr in both electric and gas. |
offering the highest quality of solar controller to provide reliable control of your hot water system. The controller is not only easy to use, it is simple to programme and install. It measures the water temperature in two different places in the system to ensure the water is turned on at the optimum time. Additional desirability of this controller is the frost protection and smart control of the hot water booster element for dramatically improved energy efficiency. |

Step 1. Solar Absorption Solar radiation is absorbed by the evacuated tubes and converted into heat. Step 2. Solar Heat Transfer Heat pipes conduct the heat from within the solar tube up to the header Step 3. Solar Energy Storage |
Water is circulated through the header via intermittent pump cycling. Each time the water circulates through the header the temperature is raised by a small amount. Throughout the day, the water in the storage tank is gradually heated. The temperature the water in the tank will reach will depend upon the amount of solar radiation, the size of the tank and the hot water usage throughout the day.
If no gas supply is available, an electric boosted solar hot water system is the ideal choice.
Water in the storage tank is heated by the evacuated tube solar collector with backup boosting as required by an off-peak element in the tank.
The complete solar hot water system includes:
In areas where natural gas or LPG bottle gas is available the gas boosted solar hot water system is an extremely efficient choice.
The solar collector heats the water in the tank. If the water requires some additional heating the booster heats the water to the required temperature. The gas booster only heats water when required, therefore saving you money through reduced gas consumption.
